Kalamper Apartments

  The Kalamper Apartments are a contemporary design property right beside the sea offering guests a superb opportunity to take a relaxing vacation to the sound of the sea and the shriek of the seagulls.
The Kalamper Apartments comprise 16 apartments of various different layouts. gallery, one-room, two-room and three-room. Each apartment has: Mini kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television and a delightful terrace designed for pure enjoyment.
The apartments also have a large shared terrace with an open-air mini pool on the top level of the building which can be used for a variety of activities.
There are parking facilities for guests with a video surveillance system that covers the whole building.

A great advantage of the apartments is that they have their own beach, known as “Kalamper Beach”, and the daily use of sunshades and sun-loungers is included in the price of the apartments. The beach also has a beach bar and all the usual beach equipment: Sunshades, sun-loungers, showers, toilets, changing cubicles as well as inflatables and jet-skis that can be hired etc.
The Veliki Pijesak beach, where the apartments are located, is very popular and is well provided with restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, night clubs and small shops.

Every day tourist boats call in at the beach taking visitors to more distant beaches along the Montenegrin coast as well as to various islands.
The apartments can be rented all year round, but telephone reservations are required.

The Kalamper Apartments can be reached from all directions and by all means of transport. The beach and the apartments are located on the main highway between Bar and Ulcinj and are just 15km from the Sukobin border crossing, and 75km from the Debeli Brijeg border crossing. We are just 50km from Tivat and Podgorica Airports and 10km from the nearest railway station.
The Kalamper Apartments are located in the town of Bar, Montenegro, at the Veliki Pijesak beach. The Bar region is in the Southeast of Montenegro, on the Adriatic coast.

Bar is the political, transport, cultural, sport and tourist center of the South Adriatic coast. The climate is characterized by long hot summers and mild winters, largely due to the 270 days of sunshine each year, which means that the bathing season lasts from the middle of May to the middle of October. The Veliki Pijesak beach is 10km from the center of Bar in the direction of Ulcinj in the holiday village of Dobra Voda. The beach stretches in an arc 480 meters long and on average 29 meters wide, and can accommodate about 2700 bathers, and falls into the top category of beaches for water quality.
