The Villa "Jadranska straza" in Bijela is located right by the sea in the superb surroundings of the Bay of Kotor. This tourist facility has its own beach, sports fields and other activities making this a high quality establishment. The building comprises 4 floors, and covers 661.13 m2. The ground floor houses the reception, entrance hall and stairway. The restaurant with coffee bar and kitchens and associated amenities (pantry, cloakroom, bathrooms etc.) are on the same level. On the first floor are the meeting room separated from the TV room by folding doors, which allows the two areas to be made into one large congress hall if needed. The majority of the first and second floors and the attic are taken up by very well-equipped and comfortable apartments and two-bed rooms. Each room has bathroom, mini refrigerator and TV, and each apartment has in addition its own small kitchen and living room, which is multi-purpose and can easily be turned into additional sleeping accommodation. The villa comprises in total 8 two-bed rooms, 2 large apartments and 1 studio apartment - 26 beds in total. The building is equipped with the latest German "fan-coil" heating and cooling system, thanks to which the Villa "Jadranska Straza" offers the maximum comfort all 12 months of the year. On the South side is the terrace restaurant with cane seats and views of the sea in its surroundings of Mediterranean flowers and vegetation.
