We are located in the centre of Budva, in Mainski Put street (house unnumbered), just 700m from the sea (7-8 minutes’ walk) and 900m from the Old Town. All rooms have bathroom, air-conditioning, mini-bar, cable TV, Internet and balcony and each floor also has a kitchen where guests can prepare meals, as well as a large, shared terrace for all guests. The house is very easily reached by car and has its own private parking space. Near to the house (just 5-10 minutes’ walk), there is a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, health centre, restaurants, cafés etc.

Tivat Airport is just 20km from Budva, the airport in Podgorica 60km and Dubrovnik Airport (in Croatia) 90km.

The port of Bar is just 40km from Budva, with regular ferry routes to Italy, while the railway station has regular services to Belgrade.
