Odmor Apartments

The Odmor apartments are situated in the village of Krimovica, facing the sea which is about 500 meters away. Access is via the road from Budva to Tivat, turning off in the direction of Jaz beach and continuing on to Trsteno beach. This village is 2 km up the hill above Trsteno beach. 9 km from Budva. The nearest beach is Trsteno, 2 km from the villa, followed by Jaz beach, 4 km from the villa, and Ploce (Platamuni) beach with its crystal clear water and 3 swimming pools for children and adults, 3 km from the villa. A tarmac road with very little traffic leads to all the beaches. There is ample space for parking alongside the villa.

The Odmor Villa has 15 apartments for hire, and has a sea view entirely unobstructed by any other houses, so that each one of the terraces which are attached to each apartment has a direct sea view. This view is especially enchanting early in the morning and at sunset. A gently breeze wafts the intoxicating aroma of the sea towards the apartments and cools down the hot summer nights.
The house is well insulated and the front façade attractively plastered, and each apartment has a separate air-conditioning unit.
The Villa is in a position where sea and mountain air meet. On a clear day you can see Mt. Lovcen, Prevlaka and the port of Bar.

The sea and mountain air have a therapeutic effect on the lungs and the circulation.
The proximity of Budva, Tivat and Kotor means there is rich night life and entertainment.

The Villa comprises:

2 two-bed apartments – bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace ( a folding couch 1.5 metres wide is available in the bedroom)

3 three-bed apartments – bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace (a folding couch 1.5 metres wide and a folding armchair are available in the bedroom)

8 four-bed apartments (living room with folding couch 1.5 metres wide and bedroom with one bed 90 cm wide and one 120 cm). These apartments can accommodate 5 persons

2 six-bed apartments (the living room has 2 folding couches 1.5 metre wide and the bedroom has one bed 140cm wide and one 90cm). The apartments are spacious and have a huge terrace looking out to sea

The Villa has its own water tank providing water for guests all day long.
