Odmor Apartments

Apartments Odmor are situated in the village of Krimovica, and faces towards the sea which is about 500 meters away. Access is via the road from Budva to Tivat, turning off in the direction of Jaz beach and continuing on to Trsteno beach. This village is 2 km up the hill above Trsteno beach. 9 km from Budva. The nearest beach is Trsteno, 2 km from the villa, followed by Jaz beach, 4 km from the villa, and Ploce (Platamuni) beach with its crystal clear water and 3 swimming pools for children and adults, 3 km from the villa. A tarmac road with very little traffic leads to all the beaches. Beside the villa there is ample space for parking.

Apartments are situated 3 km away from the place where Rolling Stones group had the concert (July 2007). At the same place Madonna will organize concert in September 2008.

Apartments are only 3 kilometers away from Jazz, the place where Rolling Stones had their concert last year and where Madonna is going to sing this September.

Apartments "Odmor" have 9 apartments. All apartments have terraces with sea view. The view is enchanting all day long but especially at sunset or at sunrise. The house is quite isolated, with attractive façade, and each apartment has air-conditioning. The Villa is in a location where sea and mountain air meet, which is ideal for the lungs and blood circulation.

All apartments comprise:
• Fully-fitted kitchen (sink, mini cooker, refrigerator, wooden table and chairs, full dinner service for 6 people)
• Bathroom (shower, 50 liter boiler, wash-basin, mirror, WC, cleaning equipment)
• Air-conditioning
• Television
• Terrace (with chairs and sea view).
The apartments are from 25m2 to 40m2.
 The Villa comprises:
• 2 two-bed apartments - 30 euros, rooms with kitchen, bathroom and terrace (folding bed 1.5 meters wide in the room);
• 3 three-bed apartments - 35 euros, rooms with kitchen, bathroom and terrace (folding bed 1.5 meters wide in the room and folding armchair);
• 8 four-bed apartments - 45 euros, (living room with folding bed 1.5 m wide and bed rooms with one bed 90 cm wide and another 120 cm. wide). These apartments can accommodate 5 persons.
• 2 six-bed apartments -  50-60 euros (living room has 2 folding beds 1.5 m wide and bedroom has one folding bed 90 cm wide and another 120 cm wide).
Prices are for high season, prices negotiable out of season.
