The Vanja Apartments are located above the Jaz beach in the village of Prijevor, at a height above sea-level of 80 m, 2 km from the centre of Budva.
The natural surroundings mean that the average temperature is lower than in town.
Because sea and mountain air currents collide here, this location is especially beneficial for the lungs.
The villa functions as a family house.
It comprises 8 apartments for between 3 and 6 persons (one-room, two-room and three-room).
Each apartment comprises a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, spacious bathroom and a huge 30 m² terrace with sea view where it feels just like you are sitting on the deck of a ship.
The villa has its own water reserves and with the help of solar equipment has warm water on tap for you 24 hours a day.
The villa also has its own private parking spaces, as well as a garage for 2-3 vehicles.
