Vanja Apartments are located above "Jaz" beach in Prijevor, 80 meters above sea level, 2 kms from the centre of Budva. Due to its natural surroundings the temperature at the beach is on average lower than in the town.

The interaction of sea and mountain air currents makes this place a true fresh-air spa.

The Villa is ideal as family accommodation. Within it there are 8 apartments for 3 to 6 persons (one-room, two-room, three-room). Each apartment has a mini kitchen, living room, bedroom, spacious bathroom, huge terrace of 30 sq.m. with sea view, where you can sit and enjoy yourself as if on the deck of a passenger liner.

The Villa has its own water supply and through its own solar heating systems provides hot water 24h per day.

The Villa has its own private parking area as well as a garage for 2-3 cars.
