To let: a luxury apartment of 110 m² in the Villa Magnolia complex in Ðenovići. The complex is located above the main coastal highway, on the road to Herceg Novi, 350 metres from the sea, from a restaurant and from a shop.
The apartment can be reached from the airports in both Tivat (20 minutes by car) and Dubrovnik (40 minutes by car). Distance to the centre of Herceg Novi is 7 km. The most beautiful marina in the Mediterranean, Porto Montenegro, is just 10 km from the apartment.

The apartment comprises a large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a leather corner sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed for two. The living room also has a large plasma television. The apartment offers cable and Internet connection. Within the living room there is a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances – stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and toaster. From the living room there is an exit onto a large corner terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. One bedroom is the master bedroom and adjoins a bathroom with whirlpool bath and another terrace. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. The apartment also has its own garage parking space. Directly beneath the terrace there is a large swimming pool with heated water, as well as a small children’s pool.
The apartment can accommodate 4-6 people.

Payment terms: 30% advance immediately upon reservation. Remainder immediately on entry to the apartment + 400 EUR deposit, returnable on departure from the apartment subject to no damage having been incurred.
