The Vukasovic apartments are in a private house with its own well stocked garden about 35 metres from the sea and 1000 metres from Kotor Old Town, address Dobrota 99.

We have available 2 apartments and 4 two-bed rooms.

The studio apartments are identical and are 35 m2 in size. Each apartment has: bedroom with double bed, living room with TV, internet connection, air-conditioning, fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. The living room has a settee which can be folded out into a double bed.
The rooms are two-bed. Each room has separate terrace, air-conditioning, internet connection, and they share the use of a bathroom with bath and access to a refrigerator. The rooms are spacious and extra beds can be made available should guests require them.

Parking is provided for our guests in the garden of the house.

The apartments and rooms are surrounded by a magnificent garden with a wealth of Mediterranean plants, flowers and well-groomed lawn.
The beach is part sand and part concrete, in order to satisfy the differing tastes of discerning guests.

10-15 minutes leisurely walk will take you to Kotor Old Town.

Near the apartments is the Ellae restaurant, Capitano beach bar, a mini supermarket with bakery, a pharmacy and health centre.
