These beautifully restored traditional villas – one a five-bedroom
master house, the other a two-bedroom cottage – are set among extensive
grounds dotted with mature walnut trees. All around, the unspoilt,
breath-taking natural beauty of the mountains overlooking the Bay of
Kotor makes for an unforgettable retreat in the rejuvenating
Mediterranean climate. From your elevated vantage point just above the
sleepy seaside village of Morinj, the deep blue water is complemented by
the extraordinary rooftops and church spires of the UNESCO world
heritage site of Perast. Food buffs will be pleased to know that Morinj
plays host to Catovici Milni, a former water-mill and now one of the
finest restaurants in Montenegro.
The larger villa, known as Stara Skola (the old school), comprises five double bedrooms, two them including adjoining en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom, set under original, hand-hewn eves and equipped with a raised Jacuzzi in the privacy of the room, offers a commanding view of the bay through a row of floor-to-ceiling, fully open-able windows. Every bedroom enjoys a sea view, while an additional bathroom rounds out the indoor comforts. The ground floor, also tastefully furnished in traditional local style, consists of an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, augmented with a stone fire place and an adjoining cloak room.
The smaller, simpler villa, consists of two attractive bedrooms and a bathroom.

swimming pool, which has a children’s section and a jacuzzi. The two
houses share a large stone terrace with a barbecue and a fantastic vine

These two villas, which can comfortably sleep a total of 14 adults, makes the perfect holiday spot for an extended family or a group of friends sharing.

Morinj is an old coastal fishing village situated in the heart of magnificent Boka fjord. It offers the best seafood restaurant in the whole bay, nationally recognized Catovica Mlini, providing exceptional cuisine. Morinj is also known locally as Little Venecia – there is a large network of small springs and channels with two old mills taking you back in time.

Tivat airport is a 40 minute drive.
