Perast is situated beneath the hill of St.Ilija, across the entrance Verige, on a place where the bay of Risan is separated from the bay  of Kotor. It is known that Perast is the oldest settlement on the coast. Archeologists have found remains from Neolithic culture (3500 year BC) and also numerous archeological findings which confirm that there was a continuous settlement that goes from Illyrian, Roman and early Christian period till today. Venice owned the city for a very long period in the past, after that France wich was under Napoleon, and also Austro-Ugarska monarchy.

The things that make Perast a city, regardless its size (today about 250 inhabitants) are the buildings of public character (churches, chapels, palaces, archdiocese, court, museum, etc.) and also refine level of urban structure.

In the old stone house on the coast we offer apartment with two bedrooms (one is double-bedded, other is double with extra bed) with private bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dining table and spacious corridor.
Also, we offer three bedroom apartment (for 6 +1 persons) with two bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining room.
All rooms have direct sea views, and guests have access to cable TV and a constant water supply.
Nearby is a supermarket and several restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.
