- Bathroom (Jacuzzi for two persons, shower cabin, sauna)
- Twin bed, additional bed
- Capacity: one twin bed and one additional bed in living room
- Sea view (sun loungers, furniture for relaxing)

4. Studio apartment: for 2 persons
- Room with bathroom
- Twin bed
- Sea view

Within the hotel there is a restaurant with two large terraces. The Hotel restaurant has preserved the traditional authentic spirit of Montenegrin architecture and environment, and offers you a wide range of cultural and historical events and a high level of comfort such as is offered by the most up-to-date hotel. It is located in Perast near the Post Office.

The Hotel also offers a special service – An Island Wedding – with an organized reception in the hotel restaurant.
