PINEBREEZE

Prcanj is a small coastal town in the Bay of Kotor with a large number of historical monuments, churches and sea captains’ palaces.
Nestling at the foot of Mount Lovcen and Mt. Vrmac, the mixture of sea and mountain air has led to it being known since earliest times as a fresh air spa whose climate has a beneficial effect on the human body.
Our house is situated in Lekovina in an exceptional location, 10 meters from the sea and 20 meters from a dense pine forest.
We have only one accommodation object on the ground floor of our family house, with a view over the pine forest. There is a garden for the guests with sun-loungers, electric grills, dining table,  outdoor shower...
The category of the object  is ** and comprises bathroom, kitchen and bedroom (beds are 200x160 and 190x90), AC, TV, and  internet connection for laptop.
In front of the house by the sea is a lawn with rich vegetation, a hedge, a parking space, a small sandy beach and a stone- built shore.
The house is 150 meters from the center of Prcanj where there is a Post Office, restaurants, bakery, supermarket....
It is 4.5 km from Kotor and 10 km from Tivat Airport.
The price does not include tourist tax of 0,80 euros per person per day.

Payment in advance of 30% of the total amount can be made via Western Union, or registered letter.
