Prcanj Vista is an utterly charming traditional old-stone cottage, beautifully restored in 2004. Positioned at the very top of the historic waterside village of Prcanj, the property commands stunning views over the Bay of Kotor and onto the mountains that rise up from the water’s edge. The seafront at Prcanj is dotted with small jetties, tavernas and the ancient residences of long-retired seafarers. The village is a short drive from the spectacular medieval walled town of Kotor, the fabulous new marina of Porto Montenegro in Tivat, and the unspoilt beaches of the Lustica Peninsula.
At the front of the property is a stone courtyard with fig and pomegranate trees, perfect for al-fresco evening dining overlooking the bay. A short step from the courtyard are cottage’s the large gardens, including a vine-covered terrace, lawns and an ancient olive tree. Inside, the open-plan ground floor connects with the courtyard, providing the perfect holiday living space. Upstairs, in addition to the three regular bedrooms, the loft has been converted to a fantastic den for children, with 5 beds, games, TV and music system.

Well equipped kitchen on ground floor comprises fridge/freezer, stove, hob, cupboards, dishwasher and coffee maker.

BEDROOM ONE: Sea view, Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom. BEDROOM TWO: Garden view with two twin beds. BEDROOM THREE: Garden view with two twin beds. BEDROOM FOUR: Loft - Open floor plan, sea and mountain view, 5 single beds, games, TV. Two bathrooms (sink, wc, and shower) on first floor including one en-suite to master bedroom. Separate cloak room (wc and sink) on the ground floor. One additional bathroom in the stone shed.
Living Rooms
The first (ground) floor of the cottage is open plan with a kitchen, dining table which seats 8 to 10, and living area including sofa, chairs, coffee table and an entertainment center.
Swimming
The nearest swimming is directly below the house. A 5 minute walk leads to a larger, sandy beach with a gentle slope that is popular with children
Outside
The property includes a 1/4 acre garden with plum and bay trees, an olive tree, and an arbor of grape vines which can be reached from the stone patio. There is a traditional stone barbeque under the bay tree. Private stone courtyard with gated entrance offers stunning views of the Bay of Kotor and surrounding mountains
