The property is completely new, of stone construction and just 10 meters from the shore. It has all modern facilities as well as a cot for children up to 3 years of age. It also has its own small beach. The sea is crystal clear. This is the sunniest part of the coast. Outside of the summer season it is a very popular place because of the long hours of sunshine and a temperature which is always above that of other places in the Bay of Kotor, and it is a good place for winter holidays by the sea. Donja Lastva is within walking distance from Tivat - 30 minutes in all. In the surrounding are there are a large number of places for swimming and days out. Nearby there are restaurants, but the nights are very quiet as there is no loud music. A small boat can be hired for trips out and circular tours round the Bay of Kotor.
Apart from the private transport available in the area, the close location of the airport means that transfer from home to the airport can be booked in advance. There are also coaches and boats to Kotor or Dubrovnik, which is 1 hour away from the apartments. Donja Lastva is ideally situated being almost equidistant from Kotor, Herceg Novi, Budva, and a little further from Dubrovnik and Trebinje, Sv. Stefan, Cetinje and Ulcinj.
