Welcome to Tivat and to the HTP Mimoza AD Hotel Company

A hotel company with one of the longest tradition in this part of the world and an active participant in the development of tourism in Tivat right from the start.
The company was founded in 1959 bringing together the hotels Pine, Mimoza, Kamelija and Villa Park, which are all within 1.5 kms of each other so that all facilities of HTP Mimoza are available to all our guests.
Apart from domestic guests, leading European tour-operators have been bringing a large number of foreign guests to stay with us for many years.
With the benefit of its wide experience and through careful monitoring of modern trends in the hotel business HTP Mimoza AD, Tivat has raised the level of its services and broadened the range of facilities it has to offer.

Hotel Mimoza

The oldest hotel owned by the company. The hotel is in the town center, surrounded by a wealth of shrubs and flowers and is just 20 meters from the nearest beach.
It is open for business all year round.
It is especially suitable for sportsmen, excursions and various types of conferences and seminars.
The hotel has a 200-seat restaurant, aperitif bar, snack bar, TV lounge, meeting room accommodating 100 delegates and a games room and billiards hall.
There are 166 beds in 72 rooms each with their own bathrooms, central heating, telephone and terrace.

Hotel Kamelija

Located some 1.5 km from the town center, right by the sea and with its own private beach.
The hotel has 280 beds, mainly in two-bed and three-bed rooms.
There is also a 500-seat restaurant, a night bar, an open-air drinks counter on the terrace, an outdoor swimming pool for both children and adults, and basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.
It is especially suitable for staging different types of public educational, cultural and sporting events.
 
Hotel Pine

In the center of town. The hotel has 66 beds in 26 rooms each with their own bathroom, air-conditioning, central heating, mini bar, telephone and TV.
The hotel also comprises a taverna, wine-bar, pizzeria and milk restaurant.
The spacious terrace is shaded by oleander and palm trees.
The hotel is especially renowned for its exceptional cuisine, which meets the approval of even the most fastidious guests.
The facilities and level of comfort ensure a pleasant stay for business men, sports teams and study groups.

Park Villas

These are close by the Hotel Kamelija and together make up one complex.
All additional facilities are shared (reception, restaurant, beach, swimming pools and sports fields).
Thanks to continuous investment the Park Villas are now an up-to-date apartment complex which can meet the demands of the most particular guests.
