K Rent a Car – Tivat Airport

GENERAL INFORMATION AND TERMS
- Age of driver at least 21
- Driving license held for at least 2 years
- Minimum rental period 1 day (24 hours)
- Deposit required (credit card or cash)
- Late return of vehicle chargeable at special rates
- Each additional hour charged at 1/5 of daily rental
- Delivery and collection of vehicle further than 10 km is charged extra
- Fuel to be paid by hirer
- Unauthorized drivers not covered by insurance
- Traffic penalties and tire repairs payable by hirer
- Child seat available on request
- Price of longer rental periods negotiable
- Loss of documents or keys chargeable at 200 Euros

VEHICLE INSURANCE
- All vehicles are insured for third party liability
- CDW surcharge for fully comprehensive cover and TP insurance against theft are obligatory
- Payment of CDW and TP under the agreement reduces the customer’s for theft or damage to the vehicle by the difference between the full amount of the damage and the amount of the excess
- Irrespective of daily insurance surcharges, all damage must be reported to the police without delay, otherwise the insurance policy will not be valid and the hirer will bear the full cost of damage to the vehicle
- Damage to sump, tires and windscreen are not included in the policy

PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment by credit card or cash with deposit
- Price includes VAT, fully comprehensive insurance and theft (VAT, CDW, TP)

WHEN YOU WANT MORE
- Delivery and handover of vehicle outside of our depot at the required time, and to the required address
- Transfer in the same town or between towns
- Whole day or shorter rental with driver
