Baron Gautsch Rent-A-Car is part of the Baron Gautsch company which is also the parent company of the Baron Gautsch tavern. Baron Gautsch Rent-A-Car and its team is available to clients 24 hours a day.

Baron Gautsch Rent-A-Car has a fleet of new cars, guaranteeing comfort and above all safety to our customers. In addition our cars have very low fuel consumption.

Baron Gautsch Rent-A-Car offers a free delivery and collection service, up to 25 km from our agency in Kotor-Stoliv. If required by customers our agency can supply child seats – another free service. Regular customers and business users (hotels, tourist agencies, etc.) enjoy a 10% discount.

Payment:
·    Cash payment in advance
·    Electronic payments (Visa, Mastercard etc.) with deposit.
·    Companies may pay in advance by bank transfer

Note:

·    Cars are rented only to drivers over 22 years of age
·    Minimum rental period 24 hours
·    Prices are in Euros including PDV (VAT).
·    Unlimited mileage.
·    Price includes compulsory third-party insurance

Fully comprehensive insurance does not cover damage valued at less than 200 Euros, damage caused whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotics, driving with invalid or suspended driving licence, and when there are more than the allowed number of passengers in the vehicle. The customer is required to reimburse Baron Gautsch for damage, regardless of the additional premium paid.

In the event of accident or damage to the vehicle, the customer is required to wait by the vehicle for the arrival of the police who will make a report on the damage, and then to wait for an employee of Baron Gautsch to come for the vehicle. If the customer should omit any of the above actions with resulting loss to Baron Gautsch, he shall be required to reimburse Baron Gautsch to the full amount, as well as loss of profit.
Additional comprehensive insurance does not cover damage to tyres, and the portions of the vehicle below the licence plates, nor small scratches on the paintwork which require polishing, as well as loss of keys or documents, tool kit or first aid box, which the customer is required to pay for in full.

In case of loss of key or documents the driver shall be liable to the amount of 500 Euros.

Fuel is paid by the driver, unless he returns the vehicle with the same amount of fuel.

If the customer does not return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel, he will be charged per kilometre in the amount of 0.15Q  per kilometre, which Baron Gautsch reserves the right to increase, depending on pump prices.

Late return of vehicle is charged at the rate of a quarter of a day for each hour late.

Baron Gautsch reserves the right to change daily rental rates.

All mutual rights and obligations are more closely governed by the rental agreement, which is signed on commencement of the vehicle rental.
