DAKRIS rent-a-car offers a free delivery and collection service, up to 100 kms from our agency in Kotor. If required by customers our agency can supply child’s equipment, - another free service. Regular customers and business users (hotels, tourist agencies, etc) enjoy a 10% discount.

Price includes compulsory third party insurance

Price not including fully comprehensive and theft insurance, chargeable as per insurance company price list.

The agreed daily premium for fully comprehensive insurance (A) reduces the customer’s liability .Fully comprehensive Insurance doe3s not cover damage less than 200 euros, damaged cause while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotics, driving with invalid or cancelled driving licence, and when there are more than the allowed number of passengers in the vehicle. The customer is required to reimburse Dakris for the damage, regardless of the additional premium paid.

In case of accident or damage to the vehicle, the customer is required to wait for the arrival of the police who will make a report on the damage and then to wait for an employee of Dakris to come for the vehicle. If the customer omits one of the above actions and causes loss to Dakris, he is required to reimburse Dakris with the full amount, as well as loss of profit.

Additional comprehensive insurance does not cover damage to tyres, and the parts of the vehicle below the licence plates, nor small scratches on the paintwork which require polishing as well as loss of keys or documents, tool kit and first aid box, which the customer is required to pay in full.

In case of loss of key or documents the driver is require to pay 2000 eurosFuel is paid by the driver, unless he returns the vehicle with  the same amount of fuel. If the customer does not return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel, he will be charged per kilometre in the amount of 0.15Q per kilometre, to which Dakris reserves the right to increase, depending on pump prices. Late return of vehicle is charged at the rate of a ¼ of a day for each hour late.Dakris reserves the right to change daily rental ratesAll mutual rights and obligations are set out in detail in the Rental Agreement which is signed on take over of vehicle.
