Rental terms and conditions
 
         Drivers must have possessed a valid driving licence for at least two years and be 22 years old.
Minimum rental period is 24 hours, and return of car more than two hours late will be deemed as one additional days hire.
Payment is to be made in advance in cash or by credit card.
A deposit is also required (cash or credit card).
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
The price includes compulsory third party insurance.
For extension of the hire period beyond the original agreement, drivers must contact us!!
Payment of a daily supplement for comprehensive insurance gives the customer the following rights:
- the customer is no longer personally responsible for damage to the vehicle not caused by his own negligence;
- the customer is liable for 5% of damage to the vehicle caused by his own negligence;
- if the vehicle (original key, traffic permit) is stolen, and the customer does not report the theft and give a statement to the police, he is required to reimburse the Sun Rent-a Car agency for 100% of the cost of a new vehicle;
- comprehensive insurance does not cover damage caused while the driver was under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotics;
- also the insurance does not cover damage caused while driving without a driving licence, or when more than the registered number of passengers are in the vehicle;
- the agency is required to supply the car to the customer with a full tank of fuel and the customer is required to return the vehicle in the same condition;
- the customer is liable to pay damages of 1000 euros for loss of key;
- damage to tyres, tools and auxiliary equipment is charged separately;
- parking and traffic fines are the responsibility of the customer;
- the customer is not permitted to cross the borders of the country without the prior permission of the company;
- during the rental period the agency accepts no responsibility for infringements of the Traffic Safety Act on the part of the customer, nor will it pay for any repairs to tyres, road toll charges etc.

Additional services:
Car hire service with driver is chargeable a rate of an additional 30.00 € per day within Montenegro and 45.00 € outside of Montenegro;
The services of a Russian or Italian speaking guide can be arranged with the agency;
Hand over of vehicle to customer or return by the customer at a location distant from the agency is charged at the rate of 10.00 €, plus 0.50 € per kilometre travelled.
