The property is aimed at discerning guests with its high level of facilities and the highest standard of accommodation and service such as found in the leading international holiday resorts. Accommodation is in 12 rooms and apartments two of which are presidential apartments. The central part of the complex is dominated by a superb swimming pool whose water is heated all year round. The Villa also boasts Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, restaurant with terrace, bar, garage, parking etc. The interior and exterior of the villa are examples of top quality architecture making use of the best Italians granites and marble, and furniture. The property is equipped with the latest telecommunication equipment, and other modern technical features. Each apartment is different and unique. The rooms and apartments are furnished to deluxe standards. The size of the rooms and apartments are from 25.5 m2 to 156 m2. The apartments and studio rooms are air-conditioned, and have plasma-screen television, direct telephone line, video entry-phone, terrace with sea view, mini bar, safe. The Fitness room, which is beside the swimming pools, is fitted with the latest digital equipment. Next to the fitness room, is a large Jacuzzi and sauna. The lower level of the building contains covered parking and garage with car elevator; it also has car-washing facilitiies. The property has its own hotel security and video surveillance 24 hours a day. It also has its own water supply and electricity. With our assistance all your needs and requirements for activities outside of the hotel can be met. All your questions will be answered at any time of day or night and any information you require will be given. We will organize unforgettable excursions for you, taking you to visit interesting tourist attractions, towns, monasteries, island etc. Our patient staff will provide you with luxury cars, and sailing yachts and organize for you whatever service you require. The hotel has a business centre where you can make use of fax machines and computers with internet connection.. Room- service is available around the clock.

General Information

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking.
One night will be credit as a deposit on the reservation date.
In the event of late cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 50% of total value of the stay would be applied.
In the event of same day cancellation, early departure or no-show, the entire stay will be applied.
Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.

The term “you” relates to a person making a reservation via our site or via a partner site of ours offering the same services. You must accept these terms and conditions in order to make a reservation. By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed with the following terms and conditions. 1. Service

The Montenegro.com website and all its partner sites (hotel and accommodation sites, and all other distributing sites) provide online accommodation reservation services. Via Montenegro.com, hotels and accommodation facilities advertise their available accommodation (rooms and apartments) for reservation. Visitors to the Montenegro.com web site have the facility to browse available accommodation and prices (entered in the system by hotels and accommodation facilities) and to make a reservation for accommodation.
Montenegro.com acts as an intermediary between you (the potential guest) and the hotel. Our service is free of charge. We do not charge for reservations against the cost of the room. You pay the hotel directly for your stay at the reception on arrival at the hotel. By making a reservation via Montenegro.com, you enter a direct (legal and binding) contractual relationship with the hotel in which you are reserving accommodation.
Upon completion of your reservation you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

The prices on our website are entered by the hotels and are the same as the prices at the hotel reception. Prices are given per room and apply to the entire term of your stay. Prices are shown with value-added tax and all other taxes included, unless otherwise indicated on our website or in your reservation confirmation email.

Hotel information made available on the site Montenegro.com is maintained by the hotels. This means that they have access to a system in which they enter information, pictures, prices and room availability.
For this reason, information and services published on our website may contain errors and inaccuracies. Although we invest great effort in finding and eliminating mistakes, Montenegro.com and all its partners cannot guarantee the accuracy of this data. Therefore we disclaim any responsibility in connection with inaccurate or incomplete information entered in the system by hotels. 2. The reservation service is free of charge

The reservation service on the Montenegro.com website and all its partner sites is free of charge. The reservation price of your stay is the same as the price you would pay at the hotel reception.

3. Privacy

Montenegro.com guarantees the privacy of your data. We respect your privacy. Your information (name, surname, email, address, credit card details) are sent to the hotel for which you have made a reservation. We do not give your data to any third parties without your agreement.

4. Credit card

In order to guarantee your reservation, hotels require guests’ credit card details. Therefore your data will be sent directly and only to the hotel in which you have reserved your accommodation. After you have entered the information from your credit card our system will verify the validity of the card (pre-authorisation). If the card is not valid, the system will inform you of this. Your credit card details are protected en route to us by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

5. Cancellation

By accepting these terms and conditions you also accept the relevant rules relating to cancellation or failure to appear at the hotel. You can find these rules on our site, on the page for the specific hotel. Please bear in mind that some hotels do not accept changes to or cancellations of reservations. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you will receive instructions in the email with the confirmation of your reservation. The hotel has the right to charge a fee for the cancellation of a reservation or for non-appearance at the hotel, in accordance with the rules posted on the hotel’s page on our site. Rates

All rooms have Sea View with the exception of the Garden Suite.
Rates are based on accommodation and continental breakfast per room per night.

Rates include 7% PDV (VAT).
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and tourism tax & insurance of 1.50€ per person per day.
Food and Beverage services at extra cost, subject to 10% service charge.
** Airport Limo transfers are included in the room rate. (Presidential and Royal Sites only).
All other transfers can be arranged by the hotel on individual basis. (Charges will apply).
