Kanli Kula Fortress
For a number of years now, Montenegro.com, apart from presenting Montenegro to the world through its reports, travelogues and other items, has also endeavored to cater for those visitors to the site who ask for help and advice relating to culture, tourism and a wide range of other services. A recent example of this was a young Bulgarian singer, Miss Maria Bacharova, who contacted our team last year, asking if she could take part in one of the summer song festivals on the Montenegrin coast.
Our team made every effort to fulfill the wish of the young singer, and thanks to Miss Veronika Njemcova, from the company "Vergo and Stone" of Podgorica we were able to put Maria in touch with the organizers of the "Suncane skale" (Sunny Steps) festival, which takes place in Herceg Novi in the most beautiful outdoor auditorium on the Adriatic, the "Kanli Kula" fortress.
Maria Bacharova After the festival we spoke to Maria, who said that Montenegro was the most beautiful place she had yet visited in her life. Maria performed the song "I am searching for you", through which she wanted, as she said in her own words, to show the public in our country through her music some of the secret corners of her heart.
" Sunny Steps Festival, Montenegro and its people will always remain a part of my heart and my soul, and I will certainly be back next year."
