This house is located 8 km from the centre of Bar and 15 km from Ulcinj in the village of Dobra Voda. It is 100 metres from the sea and also 100 metres from the main road that runs the length of the Montenegrin coast.
The house has three-star categorisation. Each apartment is approximately 25 m2 excluding terrace and comprises mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, air-conditioning and terrace.
Amongst the advantages of this house is the complete thermal insulation, free parking alongside the apartment with video supervision, 24h water supply and in addition each apartment has its own terrace with a superb view of the open sea and the beautiful coast with its numerous coves and bays.
One further advantage is the communal terrace on the top of the building with a mini swimming pool which is available for a range of activities.
Near to the house there are three beaches within 100 metres: Veliki Pijesak, Trljila and Mali Pijesak. Veliki Pijesak is the largest and most popular of the three. There are a large number of restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, other shops and night clubs on the beach. During the day tourist boats call in at the beach to take you to visit more distant beaches along the shore and to admire the beauty of the Montenegrin coast.
