This newly-built three-story villa with a modern exterior is located just 20 meters from the beach and the beautiful Adriatic Sea. We have one-roomed apartments (2, 3, 4 beds), as well as two-roomed apartments (each room has 2, 3 and 4 beds). The apartments are very convenient for the sea and sandy beach - Veliki Pijesak and the rocky beach known as Makedonsko as well as for pedestrian access to numerous restaurants, cafés discotheques, entertainments and shops.

  The Apartments have kitchens, refrigerators, TV, separate bathrooms as well as shared kitchen. Each apartment has a terrace with view of the sea or surrounding countryside. Car parking is available close by. In this delightful place you can enjoy the company of your friends, as you swim, dive, fish, sail or jet-ski and of course as you watch the unforgettable sunset. The apartments can accommodate couples and larger families and friends and are the perfect place from which to set out on a tour of such places as Bar, Ulcinj, Budva, Sveti Stefan, Bay of Kotor, Lake Skadar National Park..
