Perazic Apartments

Perazić Apartments are private accommodation in Montenegro in the town of Bar, specifically in the village of Dobre Vode close to the Veliki Pijesak beach, 10 km along the Bar – Ulcinj highway.
It is 50 metres from the sea and also 50 metres from the main road that runs the length of the Montenegrin coast.
Perazić Apartments are a newly-built facility, offering four-bed and three-bed apartments.

All apartments are spacious, with separate terrace, air-conditioning, kitchenette, bathroom and television.

Water supply is around-the-clock. Parking space is provided for all guests coming by car.

For guests coming by train or bus, we can provide transport.
Close to the house there are three beaches: Veliki Pijesak 250 m (the Main Beach), Trljila 100 m and Mali Pijesak 50 m.

Veliki Pijesak is the largest and most popular of the three.
There are a large number of restaurants, cafés, cake shops, stores and night clubs on the beach.
