Apartment Savina - Herceg Novi
This spacious, cozy, contemporary two-bedroom apartment is situated within a charming stone-built family house. It is surrounded by greenery and flowers and benefits from a private entrance. It is only about 3 min walk away from the beach, Old Town and Herceg Novi center. It is located in Savina which is the most prestigious part of Herceg Novi, due to its tranquility and the abundance of green vegetation. There is free parking near the house. Beaches, restaurants, cafe-bars, shops, a cinema, theater and the medieval Old Town are only minutes away on foot. Depending on the guests’ needs, we let it as an one bedroom or two bedroom apartment (it can sleep up to 4 people). It has an A/C, contemporary appliances, large south balcony and a north terrace with a dining table. The balcony overlooks an organic garden and is sea-facing. Main bedroom: Spacious, with a large, built-in mirrored wardrobe, king size bed, dressing tables, a small sofa. This room has a balcony which is very private, surrounded by greenery and looking out over a garden and to the sea. This is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the sun.
Bedroom 2 - two single beds, mirrored wardrobe, night dressers, TV, wooden floor.
Bathroom: A good size, fully tiled, modern bathroom with a very large bath-tub (and shower), a sink with a large mirror; built-in towel storage. Plenty of space and comfortable, this is not just a functional bathroom but also a place to enjoy & pamper yourself in.
Kitchen: The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with an electric oven & hob, fridge, cherry wood cupboards, all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery that one may need to cook a family feast.There is a small laundry room with a washing machine on the north terrace. There is an iron & ironing board in the flat, as well as the long washing line on the south balcony.
Living Room: Living room-diner is connected with the kitchen and the sea-facing balcony. It has lovely wooden floor, a dining table with chairs, an armchair, TV, stereo, DVD player, a sofa which converts to a double bed if needed and enjoys plenty of natural light.
Corridor & the north terrace:A tastefully tiled hallway connects the living room with the front terrace and the bathroom. It has a large mirrored cupboard with drawers and other storage spaces. There is also the large front terrace with table & chairs for alfresco dining.
Bed-linen, towels: Towels and linen are provided, the apartment is cleaned once weekly (included in the rent) when towels and bed linen are changed. There is a washing machine so guests can wash the towels provided as often as they want. Additional cleaning can be arranged.
Internet Wi-Fi connection is included in the rent.
Misc: Tall chair & baby cot can be rented.
Beaches: Most Herceg Novi beaches are accessible via the long seafront Promenade called ‘Setalista Pet Danica’, which is only 3 min walk away from the apartment. The promenade is full of restaurants serving local & international cuisine, cafes, bars, patisseries and other fun & relaxation places. The beaches are pebbly, sandy or man-made and almost all hire out beach furniture.
Transport: The closest international airports are Dubrovnik & Tivat – each about an hour’s drive away from Herceg Novi. We can arrange a taxi transfer from and to both airports.
We offer 5% on bookings of 2 weeks or longer. The prices quoted are for a two-bedroom let (4-5 people). The weekly rent for the one-bedroom let is 30% less. If you need accommodation for 2 people please get in touch for the accurate price list.
To secure a booking we ask for a 20% non returnable deposit in advance, and the balance normally 5 weeks before arrival.
