Marovic Apartments - Zanjice

The Marovic 4-star Apartments are situated in the village of Zanjice 80 metres from the sea.

Zanjice is in the bay of Miriste which cuts deep into the Lustica peninsular. They are 3.8 nautical miles form Herceg Novi and are located in a delightful spot surrounded by deep blue sea and old olive trees. The beach is of white pebbles, 300 metres long and 15 metres wide and can accommodate about 1000 bathers. The hinterland of Zanjice comprises olive trees where you can find shade, drink good wine and enjoy the culinary specialities of Lustica. Nearby are the Blue Grotto and the island of Mamula with its old Austrian fortress, which can be reached by private boat or on one of the excursions organized by local tourist agencies.
You can reach the Zanjice beach by land via Krasici and Radovici, or by sea.

Apartment facilities:

We have 10 three-bed apartments, rooms and a two room flat.

All apartments are fully furnished: air-conditioning, terrace, sea-view, kitchen, bathroom, wireless internet, car parking, and garden

The two-room flat consists of two bedrooms + living room, bathroom + WC, 2 terraces with view of the entrance to Bay of Kotor (Mamula Island).

Apartment Prices: 50 euros per day, with reductions out of main season.

Porto Zanjic Adriatic Park

As well as apartments our range of services include the Porto Zanjic restaurant, which is right beside the sea and can, together with the bar, accommodate up to 200 guests.
On the section of beach that is maintained by the Porto Zanjic Adriatic Park you can hire beach canoes, pedaloes, catamarans, jet-skis and windsurfing boards.  

The Porto Zanjic Adriatic Park also offers scuba-diving courses, on completion of which you will be given a certificate recognised throughout the world. We also organise tourist scuba-dives in the extremely interesting and rich seas around Lustica.

Fishing for big fish.

The Marovic family will share with you their experience in fishing for big fish using their own boats and tackle.

We fish mainly for large tuna and sword fish.
The Porto Zanjic Adriatic Park also has a harbour which can accommodate up to 15 boats and provide fresh water and electricity. There are a further 12 moorings for yachts.
