The property comprises five superb, new apartments, categorized as 4 star. The Palaca Ranko i Miljan is 600 meters from the sea in the middle of an oak copse – known as the Stanisic Dubrava. The nearest bathing beaches are Rafaello and the Hotel Igalo beach. The apartments have their own gardens (15m2 – 40m2)  and share a large yard (400m2) with swimming pool and Jacuzzi, solar-powered shower, separate toilet, grill, deckchairs and sunshades etc.  Each apartment has its own parking space on the site. All apartments have a view of the sea through the oak copse and are on the south-facing, sunny side of the property.
