Apartments Villa Ferri

Villa Ferri is situated in the heart of the Bay of Kotor, on the shore of the fishing village of Muo, less than 2 km from the city walls of Kotor.  Though its interior is luxuriously equipped, the old stone house is under the protection UNESCO. The Villa Ferri was also the proud winner of the GOLDEN PLAQUE at the Novi Sad Tourism Fair in 2006.

Villa Ferri comprises 5 luxury apartments. Each apartment is 25 - 30 m². Three of the apartments have a view of the sea. Apartments 1-01, 1-02 and 1-03 are on the first floor. One of them, 1-02, has a wonderful balcony with a view of the sea and of the town of Kotor with its 4 km-long city walls, a city of narrow streets and little squares, numerous churches and monuments, and known far and wide for its festivals, fancy dress shows, carnivals, gnocchi feasts, Boka Night and Children's Theatre Festival. Because of its priceless cultural value, this town is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On the second floor there are two more luxury apartments (2-01 and 2-02). Each of the apartments has a bathroom, central heating and cooling, satellite dish, mini bar and WiFi/ADSL Internet connection. Facilities include a tourist guide, secure parking space, use of a small boat, sun beds, sun shades and much more - all provided to make your stay more pleasant and fulfilling.

On the ground floor of the Villa Ferri there is an old tavern, its huge terrace beached right on the sea breakers. Everything is made of wood and stone. The menu offers a wide choice of fish dishes, sea food, as well as national specialties, complemented by a selection of high-quality local and imported beverages.
