The boutique development Kotor–Muo is located approximately 50 meters from the waterfront in Muo and enjoys a panoramic view over the Kotor Old Town and the Bay of Kotor.
This development consists of two buildings set into the hillside, each with nine apartments constructed in a Mediterranean style reflecting the traditions of the region.  The buildings are set in well-maintained grounds with gardens, sunbathing terrace and a swimming pool.
There are 12 one-bedroom (one bathroom) apartments and 9 two-bedroom (two bathroom) apartments.  The interiors are individually designed in a light, contemporary style, with open plan living space, large terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows. All apartments have sea view and view onto Kotor old town.
Each of the apartments in Kotor-Muo is individually owned, so the furnishing will differ from apartment to apartment, but you can find below a general list of what is included in your holiday home:   

Sleeping
•    Most two bedroom apartments have a one double and two single beds; most one bedroom apartments have one double bed.  Some apartments have a sofa-bed in the living room.  Please let us know what you need when you book.    
•    All linen and towels for the apartment are supplied.  You should bring your own beach towels for the pool.  

Bathrooms    
•    Two bedroom apartments have a fully fitted bathroom (bath, sink, wc) plus an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, wc)

Kitchen    
•    All kitchens have fridge, freezer, hob, grill / oven and washing machine
•    Kitchens are fully supplied with cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment etc

Technics    
•    All apartments have air-conditioning and TV.  Most have satellite and dvd player – check when booking.

Parking    
•    Private on-site parking space

•    All apartments have terrace or balcony with sea and Kotor old town view
