The Rose beach is 5 minutes’ drive, Žanjic and Mirište 10 minutes, and Plavi Horizonti, Solila, Veslo, Oblatno and Dobreč are close by too. The house is located in a peaceful rural area, away from the main road, with a view of the open sea on three sides. It is surrounded by extensive olive groves and pristine nature, ideal for walks or bike rides. It has a large garden and three stone terraces. The house is ideal for leasing by two or three families who can then enjoy a good grill with good wine long into the night on one of the terraces. Our aim is for you to spend your holiday exploring the beauty of Luštice, and the whole of the Bay of Kotor – just start up your car and then think about where you would like to spend the day. People on summer beach holiday often spend all their time in one place without exploring. We are there to be good hosts and help you with advice and assistance. There is parking space for three cars. We also have a seven-seat taxi minibus.
