Sleeps 10, A luxurious country style villa, which is situated along the Lustica Peninsular. This is a newly renovated stone house, which is set only a 5 minutes drive away from the wild and beautiful beaches of Miriste and Zanjice which run along the Lustica Peninsular. This area has great beaches and is much calmer than other coastal areas. The villa is set in the quiet and peaceful countryside, with great views of the mountains and the property would be ideal for larger groups of friends or for two families to share. The property has plenty of outdoor space for children to play and adults to socialize. The owner has also recently built a lovely spacious veranda,to the side of the property and its a great place for al-fresco dining.

The house is situated in a quaint village and has friendly and welcoming locals. This area of Lustica is connected by roads to the larger towns of Kotor and Tivat,which are an approx drive of 20-25 minutes away. The towns would offer a good selection of restaurants and evening entertainment for guests. Staying guests will have a range of excellent beaches to choose from, such as Miriste, Zanjice, Plavi Horizonti and Oblatno. A car would be recommended for this property, as then staying guests would have easy access to all these beaches and towns. This property is ideal for guests wishing to relax along the coast of Montenegro. They can stock up in towns with supplies and then just chill out at the property and nearby beaches. There are also many nature walks nearby to the property.

LIVING AREA

The villa has one large and spacious living area. The living room is large and a great communal area for staying guests. The room is also cool in the summer months as its located on the ground floor.

The room includes comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, dining table with seating.

KITCHEN

One kitchen is located on the first floor, and one other on the ground floor. The kitchens are both well equipped and both include ovens, hobs, large fridge freezers, kettle and toasters.

BEDROOMS

The villa has a total of five separate bedrooms.

The bedrooms are all spacious and are located on each of the three floors. The bedrooms are also all double in size and each has its own en suite bathroom.

BATHROOM

The villa has a total of 4 single apartments all with kitchens and bathrooms + room with bathroom.
The bathrooms have all been newly tiled and each has a shower cubicle, wash basin, vanity mirror and WC.

UTILITIES

The villa is well equipped and includes a washing machine, iron with ironing board, its own reserve water tank, barbecue and large veranda.

GARDEN

The villa is situated in the beautiful coastal countryside of Montenegro, and has lovely mountain views. Its an ideal place for nature lovers, that take pleasure in outdoor living, and there are also many nature walks nearby,t hrough countryside and down to the sea and beaches.

The villa has one large terrace on the first floor. This terrace has grapes and figs growing, providing ideal shade. There is also a large wooden and stone veranda on the ground floor, which is ideal for alfresco dining. The villa additionally has an area which is great for children to play.

PARKING

The villa has two safe and secure parking spaces provided for staying guests.

ACCESS

The villa is situated in the countryside and a car would be recommended for this property.

CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE

The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis, with a fresh set of towels and bed linen replaced on this day.

The property is approx 30 minutes drive away from Tivat airport and approx 1 hr 30 min from Dubrovnik airport.
