Beach front apartment 'I Love Njivice' is in a family villa, just on the water edge (first line of houses), with its own beach, jetty, mooring, garden and parking.

The gorgeous panoramic view to Herceg Novi and Boka Kotorska Bay is seen from the terrace (6 m2) that connects the two apartment rooms and stretches across the whole front facade. The glass doors leading to the terrace provide an unobstructed sea & mountain view from either of two rooms.

In front of the separate entrance of the apartment, there is a spacious terrace (20 m2) that faces the garden, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and is perfect for a morning breakfast or an afternoon meal.

Stairs from the terrace lead down to the shoreline, a sunbathing area & beach beds. It is A grate place for swimming and reading in shade of tamaris trees. The children love to catch little crabs around the dock and to snorkel collecting shells

A Self-catering STUDIO is for 1-2 persons, with a full size bed, kitchenette, TV and a bathroom & WC. Studio's entrance is facing the garden that is planted with oranges, lemons, fig trees and flowers. In front of the entrance, there is a quiet "Blue terrace" with a sitting area under the shade of kiwi.

Private stairs from the terrace lead down to the shoreline to a sunbathing area and private mooring.
We provide a set of towels and bed-sheets for our guests. Please bring a beach towel.

Private parking is for 3 cars, off the street, in a shade of kiwi vine.


Airport Transfers:  Airport transfers can be arranged from either Dubrovnik, 26 km (Croatia) or Tivat Airport, 26 km (Montenegro)
