The Buljarica beach stretching 2,250 meters is one of the best beaches on the Montenegrin Coast. Besides the superb beach Buljarica is also home to the ancient monastery of Gradiste which dates from the 12th centre. Kufin (It. Confino – border) with its Boskovic tower and the church of St. Petka was a border post between Europe and Turkey from 1571 to 1878. You will also find a memorial plaque to Franz Josef II dating from 1875 in Presjeka, and a number of small hamlets with their old Pastrovski Architecture.
The town is half way between Budva and Bar, about 20 km from both and 56 km south of Podgorica. Buljarica is about 40km from Tivat Airport.

At the Villa Marija you are just a couple of kilometres from the town of Petrovac. For all lovers of night life Budva the metropolis of Montenegrin Tourism is just 20km away.
