The apartment is located only a minute's walk from the sea front, in Prcanj -a beautiful fishing village that has all amenities nearby and is a part of the Kotor municipality, so the Kotor city centre is only minutes away by car. Other places of interest within a short driving distance are: Dubrovnik, Mount Lovcen, Old Royal Capital Cetinje and the long sandy beaches of the Budva Riviera.

Bedrooms:    Bedroom 1 - large room with en-suite facilities, a king size bed and a good sized wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and wardrobe.
Bathrooms:    En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1. Good size shower booth with good water pressure.
Bathroom 2 is like bathroom 1 just a little smaller. It can be accessed from the living room Kitchen:    Open plan kitchen / diner with all facilities, washing machine, cooker, fridge. Plates, glasses, pots, pans etc.
Living Rooms:    1 convertible sofa bed and 2 armchairs. A table with 4 chairs, TV and home entertainment system (DVD, CD,
MP3 and DIVX player).
Other:    There are 2 balconies: the private sea facing east balcony where one can eat, read, sleep, sunbathe and relax; and the west facing balcony that looks onto the mountains.
There is a private parking and security gates at entrance to property.
