Apartments and Rooms - Rose

The village of Rose has no automobile traffic, is located on the picturesque Luštica peninsula and offers everything the visitor could wish for:  beautiful beaches, beautiful sea, restaurants, cafés and pristine nature. This typical coastal stone villa is situated right on the shore and houses five charming apartments, four of which have a sea view.

The apartments are located on the first and second floors:
two studio apartments, 25m2 in size, comprised of bedroom, kitchen and dining room in a single room with table and chairs, air-conditioning and satellite television. Beds are separate but can be combined to form a double bed. On request, a bed can be added for a third person.
One apartment, 36m2, comprised of kitchen/dining room with table and chairs, living room, air-conditioning and satellite television. Bedroom with 3 beds, one double and one single.
Two apartments, 45m2, comprised of kitchen/dining room with table and chairs, air-conditioning and satellite television. Bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is a sofa-bed which can be converted into a double bed.
There is also a large terrace in front of the house with sunbeds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs.

On the other side of the house is a beautiful big garden rich in Mediterranean greenery.

Day trips can be organised by boat: around the Bay of Kotor, to Dubrovnik, to Perast, to the island of Mamula and to the beaches of Dobre?, Žanjice and Mirišta. A boat can also be rented (a Pasara with 6 hp Mercury motor, boat driving license required).

These apartments are suitable for couples, families or groups of friends wanting to relax in the peace and natural surroundings of a small village, with the option of visiting the larger towns of the Bay of Kotor, for example Herceg Novi or Kotor.
