Forte Rose

Rose is an old fishing village right at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, on the point of the Lustica peninsular, with a view of Herceg Novi. The area is dominated by an old Austro-Hungarian fortress which now houses the most attractive diving center in the southern Adriatic. Within the fortress is an exclusive restaurant with rich national cuisine, and round the perimeter are fifteen fully-furnished bungalows with fifty beds. The chalets fit perfectly into the surroundings of the fortress, and are a truly delightful holiday location catering for all the needs of our guests. Around the fortress there are beaches with moorings for boats and yachts. The Rose Center is open from 1st May to 31st October, and can also be made available if required outside of the main holiday season at any time of year.

The main aim of the Forte Rose holiday centre is the enjoyment of our guests. In order to offer the best possible service we are now able, starting from this holiday season, to offer our visitors luxury bungalows, fully furnished with modern technology in the shape of plasma TV and air-conditioning, where our guests will enjoy the superb double beds, and the fully equipped bathrooms.

The ROSE Diving Center with its beach and boat moorings provides a range of activities connected with diving and is available every day to guests of the complex.
An open-air bar, built in the shade of century-old fir trees is designed to make the time spent by our guests on the beach as pleasant as possible.

A wine cellar, fitted out in the local style, provides our guests with an intimate atmosphere and the warmth of a local home. No connoisseur of good food will fail to be impressed by the selection of dishes in our restaurant, which offers national cuisine, fish and seafood specialties, as well as the famous Lustica prosciutto, made in our own drying room, and Lustica cheese in olive oil.
