Rose House is a recently refurbished three bedroom property with the capacity to sleep eight. With their back to the ocean, guests cross the threshold of Rose House under the shadows of overhanging vines. Once inside, stone clad walls and flagstone floors provide a cool retreat from the summer months. Passing the open plan kitchen and dining area, oak staircases carry you up the building and to the luxurious surroundings within.

The living area spans the space of two floors, with the fourth floor overlooking the third and its sea viewing balcony from a small indoor terrace; all set underneath a sloping cathedral ceiling and locally sourced stone walls. With a flagstone floor throughout and lovingly fitted oak staircases, this delightful four storey house has a laid-back and refreshing character. Ten yards from the front door, overshadowed by hanging vines, guests will find themselves on the crystal clear sea with views towards Herceg Novi and beyond.

Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, marble surfaces, fridge/freezer, separate oven, 4 electric burner hobs, fully complicated with cutlery and accessories.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
BEDROOM ONE: Twin bedroom on the first floor complete with stone walls, dressing table and babies cot with mosquito net. BEDROOM TWO: Double bedroom with stone walls. BEDROOM THREE: Master bedroom with wardrobe, fabulous views and stone walls. BATHROOM ONE: Ground floor bathroom with rain shower, toilet, basin, fully tiled, washing machine. BATHROOM TWO: Second floor bathroom with toilet and roll top bath with shower. Fully tiled.

Living Rooms
2nd floor living area including feature balcony with uninterrupted sea view across the bay. The fourth floor living room is complete with a sofa bed, open stone fireplace and has a wide terrace which overlooks the previous living area. Both are overshadowed by a large cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, and set into the wall between the two floors is a feature mosaic of the town of Rose.

Swimming
Within ten yards of the front door, guests will find themselves in the sea. The water is crystal clear and there are a number of steps and ladders with access. A short drive away from the property are a number of beautiful beaches in Budva and the Lustica Penninsular.

Outside
This secluded property is situated only ten yards from the sea in this town which comprises three restaurants and a boat service across the bay. Overhanging vines hang over the property threshold

Children’s amenities
Every staircase has a safety gate at the top. There are a number of board games to be played from a selection in the 4th floor living area. There is also a cot for babies in the first twin room on the 1st floor.

Before you book
Guests should note that the property is situated on a public walkway. However the front of the building has a bench built into the wall for outdoor seating to watch the world go by.

Tivat airport is less than 15 minutes drive. Dubrovnik airport is circa 1 hour 15 min.
