Rosic Apartments

These new apartments are in a superb position in Tivat, 20m away from the sea. Town center is 10 minutes away on foot. For guests with their own transport private parking is available. During the season, we have available nine apartments, four and five bedded, and two smaller studio apartments which are three bedded.

All apartments have kitchen with refrigerator, separate bathroom, cable TV, air-condition, and balcony with seaview.
The larger apartments have separate bedroom and living room. The smaller more compact apartments are of the all-in-one type, that is the bedrooms and living rooms are combined.
The nearest shop is 20m away as well as the nearest restaurant.

All the apartments have 24h water supply, even when the whole town is affected by restrictions. Prices range from 30 to 70 euros per day, depending on the period, as well as size of apartments. Prices are negotiable for longer stays.

We can provide transport for guests who are staying for the first time, and detailed satellite pictures of the location and the route for guests who have their own transport.
