The Bušati Apartments are located in the heart of the old town (Stari Grad) of Ulcinj. No cars are allowed in this area so you will enjoy true peace and quiet. The views from the windows overlook the old town and the Ulcinj Riviera.  
 
Close to this amazing building is a restaurant owned by the same family. Enjoy a fantastic breakfast while overlooking the Adriatic sea and beaches. This small romantic restaurant, called Kalaja, offers breakfast, lunch and romantic dinner menus at affordable prices.

Ulcinj is famous for its sandy beaches and stone jetties along the shore.  
The warm and safe Adriatic sea is ideal for swimming.  
Just 100m along you will find the “Mala Plaža” (Small Beach) sandy beach on the left hand side and on the right the "Plaža Lima" sandy beach   
The blue flag beach of Velika Plaža (Long Beach), which is over 13 km long is ideal for children and is 4 km away.   
 
This is a truly excellent location for exploring historic monuments with its amazing architecture and breathtaking scenery and also provides superb hiking country.  
 
Eating out is a real pleasure with everything available from the smaller cafes or elegant fine dining available at Montenegro's famous water mill restaurants, all providing exquisite local seafood and further specialities and all at astonishingly low prices. Both the nationally-produced beer and wine is of exceptional quality.  
 
Prices for rooms are per day in Euro. A 10% discount is available for those booking all four units for the same period. A 5% discount is available for those booking two units for the same period.
