The southernmost town on the Montenegrin coast, with the greatest annual number of sunny days, has a wide range of beautiful sandy and stony beaches, with facilities to meet the needs of every visitor. The coastline belonging to Ulcinj is more than 30km long, of which the 17km of sandy beach is unique in Europe. It is also known for the sulphurous water springs that are said to help treat infertility in women. These are located on a wonderful pebbly beach deep in a pine forest close to the hotel Albatros.
Ulcinj is a town with a long and rich history and tradition, a mixture of East and West, with many cultural remnants from the Greeks, Romans, mediaeval Serbian states, Turks and of course more recent times.
My apartments are located in the most beautiful, peaceful and clean part of Ulcinj. Two adjacent buildings above the Liman II beach, just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre and 250m to the small, sandy town beach, offer you accommodation in the wonderful setting of the sea, Ulcinj Old Town and Mediterranean greenery.
The apartments comprise 2 twin apartments (1x2 beds), a triple (1x3 beds), a four-bed (2x2 beds), 2 six-beds (2x3 and 3x2 beds).
Each apartment has a separate entrance, spacious kitchen and bathroom, terrace or balcony with wonderful view of the sea, of Ulcinj Old Town and the Church of St Nicholas.
The apartments also have a private, enclosed parking area.


We also offer the option to take a tour of the Ulcinj riviera with the boat called Kristina, as well as a picnic on the boat itself.

15km from the town, on the estuary of the river Bojana, is the nudist island Ada Bojana, with its beautiful sandy beach 3km long, the central part of which is for naturists and the most beautiful part, where the river flows out into the Adriatic sea, for other guests. On the very banks of the river, just 50m downstream from the bridge, we offer accommodation in a comfortable two-storey fishing cottage, with the gurgling of the river Bojana providing a constant background. The cottage comprises three air-conditioned apartments with a functional mini-kitchen, bathroom and television, with bedrooms as follows: 2 three-bed (1x3) and a four-bed (1x4). A special experience to be had in the house is a large terrace on the top floor, from which a wonderful view extends over the river Bojana and its estuary as it flows into the sea. The terrace has a grill with all the necessary furnishings.
